Acceptable payment options


Available payment options may vary based on your device, browser, and region.
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for both clients and photographer, please review the following policies carefully. By booking a session, you agree to abide by these terms.
Zeeflicks operates on Central Standard Time (CST). Please adjust to your local time before booking using this time converter.
Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless the photographer initiates a cancellation.
- Remaining Balance: The outstanding session fee, including any additional charges, must be paid in full by the end of the session day.
- Late Payment: A $10 late fee will be applied for each calendar day the remaining balance is unpaid following the session date.
Waiting & Late Fees
- 20-Minute Grace Period: Clients are granted a 20-minute window after the scheduled start time to accommodate travel delays or minor adjustments.
- Late Arrival (After 20 Minutes): Arrivals exceeding the grace period will incur a $40 late fee, automatically charged to the card on file. If the photographer’s schedule permits, the session may be extended by up to 10 minutes; otherwise, any lost time will be forfeited.
- Extended Delay (Beyond 35 Minutes): Arrivals more than 35 minutes late will result in a $70 late fee, automatically charged to the card on file. If availability allows, the session may be extended by up to 15 minutes; otherwise, remaining session time will be forfeited.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior cancellation or rescheduling will result in the full session fee being charged to the card on file. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will incur a $15 cancellation fee. Once the session has started, cancellations are no longer permitted.
- Rescheduling: Clients may request one complimentary reschedule if submitted at least 49 hours prior to the scheduled session. Requests made within 48 hours will incur a $15 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is not permitted once the session has begun. All rescheduled sessions must remain within the same photoshoot category and type (e.g., Lifestyle Mini Shoot V1 → Lifestyle Mini Shoot V1).
Location Changes
- Last-Minute Changes: Location changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $15 location change fee. Location changes are not permitted once the session has started.
Studio Bookings
- Advance Notice Required: All studio sessions must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance to ensure adequate time for slot reservation and studio preparation.
- Availability: Studio availability is subject to change, and booking requests will be confirmed based on current openings.
- Restrictions: Due to the nature of studio shoots, rescheduling or changing the location is not allowed. If you need to cancel your session entirely, that option is available.
Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods:
Credit & Debit Cards: Always available (no app needed).
Apple Pay: Safari on iPhone/iPad/Mac with a Wallet-configured card.
Google Pay: Chrome on Android with a GPay-enabled account.

- Remaining Balance: The remaining session fee, along with any applicable charges, must be paid by the end of the session day.
- Late Payment: A $10 late fee will be added for each day the balance is not received after the session day.
Photographer Discretion Discounts
- Courtesy Discounts: A discretionary discount of $10 or $20 may be applied by the photographer in rare cases where significant disruptions occur during the session due to unforeseen equipment issues, environmental challenges, or scheduling conflicts that affect the client’s experience.
Image Delivery
- Once your gallery is ready, typically within 1 to 2 weeks after your session, you’ll receive a secure Dropbox link via email to download all your images.
- The Dropbox email will include clear instructions on what to do next, including how to access and select your final images.
- Raw Images: Raw (unedited and unwatermarked) images are typically delivered one (1) week after the final edited images are sent. If you’d like raw images delivered on the same or next day of your session, you may request this at checkout for an additional $10. Please note: this expedited option is only valid if the full booking balance is paid by the end of the session day.
- Event Bookings Exception: For Event Bookings, same/next day raw image delivery is free and available upon client request. To activate this option, simply check the “Same/Next Day Raw Image Delivery” box at checkout.
Data Retention & Deletion
Once a booking is completed, fully paid, and if your package includes final edited images, such images and associated booking data may be subject to deletion after three (3) months to clear data for new bookings in our system. Please ensure you download and back up your images before this time.
Use of Images
- Online Gallery: We may include images from your session in our online gallery for display, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
