Welcome to ZeeFlicks (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website at https://www.zeeflicksphotos.com (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Certain features of the Site may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your password secure and not share your credentials with others.
• Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at zeeflicksphotos@gmail.com.

When you book a photography session, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with that booking, including off-session charges where applicable (e.g., late-fee payments). All payments are processed through Stripe, and you will be redirected to a secure checkout page. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Refunds & Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to our Booking Policy available on the Pricing page. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to that policy.

Once a booking is completed, fully paid, and if your package includes final edited images, such images and associated booking data may be subject to deletion after three (3) months to clear data for new bookings in our system. Please ensure you download and back up your images before this time.

All content, features, and functionality on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, and software—are owned by ZeeFlicks or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or exploit any of the Site content without our prior written permission. You may download or print a single copy of content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact.

• Online Gallery: We may include images from your session in our online gallery for display, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Site, our computer systems, or networks.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Site.
• Engage in any activity that could harm ZeeFlicks or other Users.

Disclaimer: The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ZeeFlicks disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeeFlicks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site or any content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZeeFlicks and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your breach of these Terms or any applicable laws.
• Your use of the Site, including User Content you submit.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
